Your stay
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If your room is ready earlier we are happy to let you in, and we can keep your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has private parking for guests, subject to availability and at an extra charge. Please mention your car when you book so we can reserve a space.
Is breakfast included?
Most of our rates include the buffet breakfast; the rate you choose shows it clearly. We serve hot and cold dishes, and can prepare a breakfast box if you leave early for an excursion.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome on request. Please let us know before you arrive; an extra charge may apply.
Do you welcome children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Cots and extra beds are available on request, at an extra charge and subject to availability. The Presidential Bellevue suite sleeps up to four guests.
Which languages does your team speak?
Croatian and English, and also German, Italian, French and Russian.
Rooms and suites
Which rooms have a sea view?
All room types have a sea view except the Classic Double with courtyard view, which faces the quiet north side. The Deluxe Double, both Junior Suites and the two rooftop suites look over both the sea and the old town.
Which rooms have a private jacuzzi?
The Executive Suite (37 m² terrace) and the Presidential Bellevue (66 m² terrace) on the top floor, both with a large jacuzzi facing the old town.
Can I have twin beds?
Yes. The Classic Double with courtyard view and the Superior Sea View rooms can be prepared with twin beds or one king-size bed. Add your preference when you book.
Is the hotel accessible?
A lift serves all floors. For specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the right room.
Dining and wellness
When are the bar and room service open?
The aperitif bar is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 and room service from 07:00 to 21:00.
Can I visit the restaurant or spa without staying at the hotel?
The restaurant, the bar and breakfast are open to visitors. For the spa, please book a treatment in advance by e-mail or phone.
What is in the wellness centre?
An indoor mini pool, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a relax zone with loungers and a gym, plus massages and facial treatments on request.
Getting here
How far is the hotel from the airport?
Split and Zadar airports are both about 75 km away, around an hour by car. We can arrange a transfer for you at an extra charge.
Can I walk to the old town and the beach?
Yes. The old town starts 100 m from the hotel and the Cathedral of St. James is 400 m away. Banj city beach is 1.1 km along the coast.
